_ Tubular, 2-lipped yellow flowers with brown or purple teeth, within a bladdery, inflated calyx

_ Cynosurus cristatus (Crested dog’s tail)

_ Green leafy base of flat smooth leaves that fill out at the bottom of a mixed grass sward
